Spyware usually comes with some free ware and shareware softwares which you download from internet. As spyware sends the stolen data by internet so it consumed bandwidth also and your internet connection become slower. Also a lot of programs running hidden on your computer consuming a lot of memory resulting in slowing down your computer.
